Funnel Pilot Client Services Agreement

Effective Date: This Agreement is effective upon the date recorded in the signature of this document.

Parties

This Funnel Pilot Client Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Funnel Pilot, a division of Expert Agent Services, LLC, located at 2591 Dallas Pkwy #300, Frisco, TX 75034 ("Provider"), and the undersigned Client ("Client").

Services Provided

Provider agrees to offer comprehensive digital marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) services tailored to real estate professionals. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Optimization of CRM tools for enhanced lead conversion

• Development and management of targeted ad campaigns

• Strategic marketing planning and data analysis

• Integration with MLS and various social media platforms

• Continuous access to Funnel Pilot training resources

Payment Terms

• Setup Fee: Client agrees to pay a one-time setup fee of $297 upon execution of this Agreement.

• Recurring Monthly Fee: Client agrees to a recurring monthly fee of $297, payable starting from the date of account activation and billed every 30 days thereafter.

Refund & Payment Protection

All payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Setup Fee: Once paid and services have commenced, this fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Monthly Recurring Fee: Monthly fees are non-refundable, regardless of service usage or results.

• No Refunds for Lack of Use: Client acknowledges that choosing not to use the services does not qualify them for a refund or credit.

• No Partial Refunds: If services are terminated or canceled mid-billing cycle, no prorated refunds will be issued.

Account Activation

Client acknowledges that service activation may take up to 72 hours from the completion of the setup process, including all required integrations and configurations.

Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel their subscription by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance via email to [email protected].

• Cancellations are not considered official until a confirmation email is received from Funnel Pilot.

• Failure to provide 30-day advance notice will result in the next monthly charge being processed.

• No Retroactive Cancellations: Any billing occurring before proper notice will remain due and payable.

Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from the Client's use of the services.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Frisco, Texas.

Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire understanding between the Parties concerning the services provided and supersedes all previous agreements, verbal or written.

Acknowledgment

By signing below, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
