Our goal will be create ads that will be the lowest cost, fastest way to start consistently closing 2-3 transactions per month. This includes Funnel Ads created, launched and managed. You'll be coached weekly to maximize lead conversion.

We will build your brand. Our goal will be to align your business to your higher purpose and build your personal brand around serving your Ideal Client. This will include identifying your dream client, logo creation, crafting your bio that speaks to them and creating social elements.

We will deliver your content strategy. Our goal will be to help you Develop personally and professionally relevant content across all platforms. Never wonder what content to create again. How much does it cost?
If you are an eXp agent, you will get access to the entire Funnel Pilot team to manage and build everything out for you for $297/month + $297 one time setup fee.
If you are with another company and are open to paying us to implement this, schedule a call and we would be happy to answer any questions you might have.
Note: this does not include your monthly ad spend. You will pay Facebook directly from your marketing budget.
What's included?
Funnel and Ad Building, Launching and Management: Our funnel pilot ad team will create a custom funnel page, email automation, and Facebook ad. They will launch the ad for you and manage the ad so that you only need to focus on lead conversion.
Done for You Branding: Our branding strategist will work with you and create custom branding assets to help you show up professionally and connect with your dream client. This will include: Logo, Professional Bios and Social Media Elements.
Content Creation Strategy: Our content creation strategist will coach you so that you never wonder what content to create again. We create customized content templates and provide a done for you process for creating and posting on social platforms
Coaching and Training: Our expert team hosts hours of training a week so that you don't navigate these waters alone. You'll be coached on conversion and sales skills, branding and content creation. This also includes access to our training vault with our past training recordings.
NAEA Buyer and Seller Certifications: The Certified Expert Advisor® program designation was developed to establish and measure the fundamental skills and competencies an expertise critical for today’s Real Estate Professionals.
